Don’t waste your time.
Where do I start….I’ve been at Bexley going on 3 years and when I first moved here I had very little issues but now, I don’t know if it’s the new team or what but read this and let me know what you think….
1. I have been asking why and when our hallways would get pressure washed. It’s been MONTHS! And everytime I ask a leasing agent they tell me it should be done some time soon but it has not. Our hallways ARE DISGUSTING!
2. When I moved in I was getting my filter in my fridge changed but now,... they refuse to change my filter unless I purchase one myself! I don’t see anything in our handbook that says that I am responsible for getting a air filter and why would I need to purchase a filter when this was the fridge that was here when I moved in????!
3. I have been in my place 3 years, at ANY other apartment I lived in before I was able to get my carpet cleaned after a year or two. Why do they not do carpet cleaning?
4. There are days when our trash (like last night) just isn’t picked up and sometimes for days. When I ask the leasing office they’re so clueless. We pay for valet trash that barely comes. I’m not understanding.
I see so many vacant apartments and ppl moving out and I know understand why. This is a terrible place to live and I’m so frustrated with not having what I feel like are simple requests met. If you looking for a place this is NOT it. I wish I could give it ZERO stars
