Great place to live overall

I moved here about a month ago and love it so far. The apartments are spacious, newer and built well. My walk in closet is huge! Danielle at the office is phenomenal! The gym, pool and outdoor amenities are also great. My only downside would be the lack of guest parking. If they had more spaces, this place would be ideal! I highly recommend it.

Abacus

It is a great community the office staff is nice and friendly. The Apartments are nice and modern with granite counters and i love the stain concrete floors. It's close to downtown Austin and near the southpark meadows shopping center its a great location. The rent is high for a one bedroom apt you do get a garage and a back yard with a bottom floor unit. They have a great dog park and love the pool area very nice place to call it a home.

Fantastic!

We just moved in the other day and this by far the best apartment ever! We love it so much. big shower, high ceilings, nice finishes. If I could live here forever I would..

Amazing Apartment

My fiancee and I just move in these apartment on December 15, 2014 from Houston, Texas. Before we move in we work very close with Irene. She gave us the best costumer service and kept us update with everything before our moving in date. When we got here monday morning and met Issac to sign our last paperwork and hand over the keys. He was very patience with us and explain everything really well on what we need to know and the rules He was very helpful in every way, Made my fiancee and i welcome... here. Since we move in it been very quiet and there has not been any trouble. Our apartment is warm a cozy. The kitchen i love the most, because it update with an island and i love it. The bedroom is a great size and closet too. I have not con about these apartment. All i have to say is it a great environment and friendly environment and we can't wait to see what the future has in store for us when we are here.

I love my new apartment!

Just moved in to my apartment a few weeks ago and so far I love it. Everything is new, and my apartment is immaculate. It's a $20 cab ride downtown I have found some of the best food within a block of here.
