Unsafe, Unmaintained, and Overpriced – Do Not Move Here

Unsafe, extremely poorly maintained, and overpriced. Homeless individuals vandalizing, broken garage for 1+ years, constant fire alarms, rampant package theft, and rent disparities of $400+. Avoid Windsor, South Lamar, at all costs.

Despite our efforts to maintain a controlled access parking environment, parking permit monitoring, and now added patrol services, these incidents remind us that no community can entirely control the behavior of... individuals with untoward intentions. We are disheartened that these events have taken place, and we have emailed all of our residents with additional suggestions to help mitigate concerns of this nature. The location and amenities including a cool pool area, garden area and huge, attached dog park can't be beat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and common spaces are modern - love them!
