It’s a good location but it’s a mess currently. I’m sure it will be nice when the elevators and upgrades are completed.

The Windsor South Lamar is the perfect place to call home in Austin, TX! Moving from New Hampshire, I was amazed by how welcoming the community and staff were. They made the move-in process feel like a breeze. The modern amenities, spacious layout, pool and fitness center and unbeatable location make it such a great spot to call home. Be just walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, and the trails at Lady Bird Lake it's truly the best of both worlds.

Location is good. But as for the rest…honestly disappointed. Building is poorly unkept and maintained. And always smells like pets.

Really hope they turn it around because it feels quite bad at times for what we pay.

Unsafe, Unmaintained, and Overpriced – Do Not Move Here

Unsafe, extremely poorly maintained, and overpriced. Homeless individuals vandalizing, broken garage for 1+ years, constant fire alarms, rampant package theft, and rent disparities of $400+. Avoid Windsor, South Lamar, at all costs.

Despite our efforts to maintain a controlled access parking environment, parking permit monitoring, and now added patrol services, these incidents remind us that no community can entirely control the behavior of... individuals with untoward intentions.
