50 dollars every time the see a bbq grill even on your patio not in use. TONS of fees for literally everything!

Maintenance is the best here! They fix issues fast and are very responsive. Office staff is welcoming and friendly. The complex itself is great & always clean. Love my apartment and have not had any problems since moving here!

Month 2 - best complex I have lived in. I am left alone, my maint issues are resolved quickly. I have no reason to look elsewhere. I see myself staying here for awhile. .
