Not satisfied
All of the reviews are true (good and bad) unfortunately my experience has not been good at all. I had bed bugs the first week I moved in but they came and treated my apartment twice. Now I have roaches (baby ones, medium ones but no water bugs) yes there is a difference. They have come in and bombed, sprayed and put gel in cabinets but nothing helps. It’s disgusting and nerve-racking. My complaints fall upon deaf ears I guess. I complained about my ac not blowing in my bedrooms or bathroom. It... barely blew cold air out of the two vents in the kitchen. It couldn’t keep up with the heat outside so the unit ran all day and all night just to get my apartment down to 73-74 degrees. And because of that my electric bill was around $300 each month. Not to mention I chose not to cook because the temperature would get even hotter in the apartment. So we grilled most of the time, but had to buy our own propane tank because they were always empty. Never in my life have I had so many issues with one apartment. The office ladies are very sweet and professional and honestly what sold me on the whole apartment complex. Maintenance guys are normal I have nothing bad to say about them. But I will never refer these apartments or landlord company to anyone. I will NOT renew here because I was ready to go after the first 60 days. I’ve tried to see the positive side but honestly I can’t. Nobody deserves to live like this, with roaches and bugs and pay for them on top of it all. The disrespect smh
