There are so many problems here that it’s hard to know where to start. While this complex was never fabulous it wasn’t too bad until Sunridge Property Management took over. Now that they are in charge things have gone steadily downhill.
The other reviewers who mentioned roaches are not exaggerating. I’ve lived here for 2 years. First year wasn’t bad. In the last year we’ve had the exterminator out more times than I can count and I’m still seeing roaches. I’ve lived in my share of... apartments in Dallas and this is the only one that’s had this problem so I have to assume it’s the complex not the residents.
Maintenance here is a joke. Don’t expect even the most basic of repairs to be done quickly or accurately. A leak in your bathroom? Be prepared to wait for weeks and for maintenance to screw the repair up the first time.
The latest problem is that the only elevator in the building that accesses the first floor has been out of service for 10 weeks. I’ve heard the following from maintenance and the leasing office: parts on back order, property management has no intention of spending the money on the repair, it will be repaired next week and even received a email that it would be repaired yesterday. Guess what’s still not working.?
You can ignore the property management responses on the site. Believe me - I’ve gone to them with concerns and things aren’t any better.
