Lived here for about 15 months. Used to love the community, but it has gone downhill drastically.

They do not fix stuff. I haven’t had hot water over 2 months in my shower. I open tickets so they could fixed, and the maintenance close the tickets as if they fixed the issue. I’m so over this place and ready to move.

I truly love the location. He's very convenient to the highways and I can get to work in a timely manner. I don't like the entrance on Trinity drive, it's kind of risky making the right turn into the community during rush hours. Traffic is directly behind you it makes it real uncomfortable making the turn and worrying about being rear-ended. The speed bumps throughout the community I totally understand the residents walking, exercising and or children outside. I love the serenity that was... unfortunately taken away due to the construction, but that part I understand.
