Great facilities, upgrades happen regularly. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Community is nice and neighbors are typically friendly. Parking is limited for guests or if you have a 2nd car but manageable.

Just moved in, so far so good! I love this property and the location is close to everything. I haven’t had any issues yet so I haven’t had to use maintenance but I hear good things!

St. Moritz is hands down the best complex I have ever lived in. I feel extremely safe, especially with the gates always in working order. My maintenance requests are fulfilled within 72 hours (normally 24 hours). The staff are all so friendly and genuinely want to help you. I highly recommend living here.
