I strongly advise against renting an apartment here. Since moving in, I've encountered numerous problems, and the management team has been unhelpful. Recently, they hired painters to work on the building's exterior, and my car ended up covered in paint. Despite sharing proof of the damage, the management team has offered no solutions and insists it's not their responsibility, refusing to collaborate on a resolution. I even asked for a small, one-time rent reduction to compensate for the stress... and time spent dealing with this (~15 hours after obtaining estimates showing over $1k in damages, working with adjusters, and dealing with the management team) as well as being out of a car for two days while its repaired, but they rejected my request and continue to deny any responsibility. Please heed my warning and avoid signing a lease with them. I relocated here from another state, and they pulled a "Bait and Switch" with my apartment. The unit I was shown was nothing like the one I was given. Adding to this, my oven has been malfunctioning for two months (still not fixed), along with the car issue and other various problems, it's evident that the management is incompetent.

We also want to note that while we are committed to assisting all our residents professionally, we expect the same in return. Unfortunately, there have been instances of inappropriate language directed at our staff, which is not tolerated, as we strive to maintain a respectful environment for everyone.
Regarding your oven, we’ve checked your account and currently see no open service requests. If you are still experiencing issues, we encourage you to submit a service request through the UDR Resident Portal so our maintenance team can address this promptly.
