Cars get towed even though they are registered in the guest parking. Concierge trash pick up is very up in the air. Sometimes they come before 7pm. Communication with the complex is seeming to get better. When I first moved in I couldn’t get anyone to answer a phone call or email. I had to go down to the leasing office and talk to them in person. Very secure unit but having guests is very tough when cars are towed and the building has very limited access to guests without a key.
