The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I love the modern amenities, spacious layout, and quiet atmosphere—it truly feels like home. The location is fantastic, with everything I need close by, and the neighbors have been friendly and respectful. Highly recommend this... place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and positive living experience!

The application process stated it would take 24-48 hours to get approved. It took 2 weeks & my apartment locator had to be behind the leasing agent for my lease agreement. I was given 3 different move in payment amounts that started at $1,100 to $3,290 & after getting my keys an additional $75 that they couldn’t explain what it was for. Not to mention, 2 different set of keys that didn’t work and I had to go back to the leasing office a third time to request the lock be changed.

First night the A/C didn't work, the ceiling makes noise at night and early morning, People walking, jumping, running. It's terrible!, Hard to find the pet SPA, and when I found it, it doesn't work everything is broken, The dog park is always dirty (what's wrong with people?). It's too pretty for us not to take care of it!I had very high expectations, it is frustrating, I have not had time to visit the Gym yet, but I will not have another disappointment.
