It has been very good so far! My only thing is that the maintenance people are very eyesy but it’s nothing too concerning. Amenities are great, love the pool now that it’s getting warm

I’ve seen too many reviews of people who have toured. They have yet to find out what a disaster this place is. This place has gone downhill. There’s mold, rat infestation, always seeing peoples apartments get flooded. There’s been crime activity on the rise.

The winter brought extreme freezes, which led to... burst pipes across the entire metroplex, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our maintenance team were huge champions in their quick responses and remedies. We are implementing major changes to enhance the resident experience. Our goal is to elevate the property to an A standard, and the residents who currently live here will start enjoying these changes this year.

I have been living here for over 5 years. This has become my home. At the age of 86 I don't think I would love to move unless the rent went so high that I could not afford to stay

Hectice move in wasn’t told about all the items I needed to complete until day before move in, worn answer to calls or emails that I have on unit or general questions.

It is important to mention some details that are good regarding property security changes, the new app that allows you to open the doors and gates of access to buildings and parking lots is good, but some doors and gates do not work, they are broken.
The area is good to live in, and it would be good to also update the garbage processing points and the Laundry rooms at least in phase-3 (I think that being close to the garbage compactor has arisen bad smells in the Laundry room)
