"Luxury" Apartments
I had to wait over 90 minutes and make several phone calls before I was even acknowledged in the event of a lockout caused by a malfunction of the lock. Every single service is outsourced to the lowest-bidding third party and it shows through in the quality. There are far fewer non-premium parking spots than there are apartments, leaving residents to park on the street, often a quarter mile or farther from their front door. If you want to be treated like a number on a spreadsheet, this is the... place for you!
