The home's sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom on the 1st floor, a queen bed in the second bedroom on the 2nd floor, another queen bed in the third bedroom on the 2nd floor, a queen bed and twin bunk bed in the fourth bedroom on the 2nd floor, and two queen beds in the fifth bedroom on the 1st floor. The home features three full bathrooms, including an en-suite in the primary bedroom. Additional spaces include a game room for recreation and leisure pursuits and a media room thoughtfully curated for cinematic enjoyment with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment. All linens and towels are provided, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils and silverware for you and your family. A 2-car garage is also available.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool and kiddie pool are not heated.

For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, and there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit. The landscaper goes once a week, and the home features a garden area. Despite monthly pest control measures, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
