Incompetent managment
I don't know where to start. This situation occurred when Madera Residential bought this property. Please don't be misled by previous reviews. I will categorize the problems.
1) dirty environment:
Dog poop is everywhere, and pet waste bins are always full and never get cleaned. The mailbox trash can is always full and never gets clean. Trash is everywhere near dumpsters.
2) Lack of security
My bike got stolen twice. The gates are always open due to a lack of proper maintenance. There was... an active shooter in the building on January 30, 2021, who killed his teen girl and injured another person. You may google this title to read more: "Police: 1 killed, 1 injured in shooting at Stewart Creek Apartments in Frisco".
3) Super slow maintenance:
This building is old and needs a lot of repairs. Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website. When maintenance is requested, they either do not show at all or at least two weeks later.
4) Lack of office staff and not answering phone calls
if you call their office, no one answers. The manager is not in the building most of the time and the office staff is responsible for everything. I remember I had to call for 2 hours to talk to them.
5) Mandatory low-quality internet package
6) High price of rent
7) people with abnormal behavior will be your neighbors
8) Rude and incompetent manager: Melissa Fuller
9) Money-hungry company
10) lots of Broken gym equipment
11) Pool is always closed, and when it is opened, it is dirty and unusable.
12) a lot of fees besides the high price rent: trash fee, useless valet trash fee, and so on.
Bottom line: If you value yourself and your money, do not come here.

I will say that our team regular picks up grounds, checks dog stations, and we repair anything that has been brought to our attention....
