Front office treats you like a number, not a person
Sorry apartments. We have been without hot water, what will be five days at the earliest when it is fixed. That is not how you were supposed to treat your residents.

Our On-site team understands your frustrations and we certainly appreciate were you are coming from. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences these unforeseen repairs bring. Below freezing temperatures can delay our vendors with necessary... equipment, material and labor to complete emergency repairs, causing a trickle down effect.
