We love this community and have had a great experience living here at Breaswood Place Apartments. The neighborhood is great with a trail close by for running and the YMCA just a couple blocks down this place is amazing for an active family.

I love the apartment complex. The pool is amazing & our apartment is nicely updated. Things I would recommend: more dumbbells or kettlebells for the gym! There are random weights with no matching sets and only 1 10 lb weight and then it jumps to 40lb weights. The valet trash is super helpful. Overall it is a great apartment

I am not fond of being threatened with violations with equipment that has not been provided.
Not fond of the roach issue. I've never lived in an apartment with this issue.
My apartment has been entered upon maintenance requests when I specify to call first as there have been issues with leaving my lights on
More recently the alarm system went off 3 days in a row for long periods of time
I appreciate the community events. The property is central to the areas I travel to.

Nice community however the elevator remains broken consistently. Repairs after the storm took a long time and no updates were provided on a regular basis. There have been several vehicle break ins.

Maintenance is excellent. Much improved fire alarms system as no alarms in a while. Would be good if elevators did not break down so much as I cannot climb or descend the stairs
