We understand that wildlife can be inconvenient, especially in Houston, so pest control is weekly available to residents for free if you need service. Our gym is open 24 hours except for our clubhouse and yoga room to maintain our amenities in great shape. Although we here at Chandler Park Apartments cannot prevent crime from taking place, we will continue to do what we can as a company to take care of our residents. If a crime or incident should take place, please call 911 for your safety. We also have a courtesy officer available after hours if you call the office, please press #4 and leave a detailed message.
