My experience thus far at The Meritage has been phenomenal. My leasing consultant, Ajee’ is truly an angel, he exhibits OUTSTANDING customer service at all times! During my move-in process, he always went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations each and every time. I moved in on a Friday, over a big holiday weekend, so the office was only open half a day that day, he still made it a point to call and follow-up to ensure I had everything I needed to make the move-in process go smoothly. Even when... calling the complex, speaking with Mallory and other staff members, I was always impressed by the professionalism and quality of the service provided in addition to their ability to knowledgeably answer all of my questions. The floor plans are amazing, and spacious, the apartments are luxurious and modern, with up-to-date, quality appliances! The 24-hour gym, wine room, and pool are certainly an added plus for the living experience! This community truly provides a high quality living environment at a competitive price. The staff is amazing and the property is gorgeous. I love the clean modern look, and the peaceful; yet inviting vibe of the entire community. My first experience in moving into my first apartment was great I chose the Meritage and I’m excited! Ajee was very helpful to us and patient, very respectful and good with answering any questions in a good timely manner!

I have never had an issue with the staff/maintenance when I have needed a repair of my apt. I love their promptness and professionalism when it comes to repair orders.
