So far, super comfortable and clean. Very very quiet neighborhood. It’s like living in a little village.

The apartment itself is very nice. I’m in the A3 floor plan. The kitchen is big and spacious with tons of storage room. Big two door fridge, big sink, huge island with more storage. The living room is also enormous and the fireplace and mantel are very cute. Bedroom is very spacious and bathroom is also nice. I’ve never moved into an apartment that had been cleaned so well, either. Package... concierge is great to have as well. Overall this might be the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and DEFINITELY the best complex.

The apartment definitely gave me a warm and homey feeling. I wish the living room was bigger but we were able to make it work with our furniture

People are not being forced to break-down their boxes which is causing frequent overloading of the outdoor recycling bin. I have alerted the La Villita Management to this effect and no improvement has been made.
