Not the best experience, but love the location
I would be careful if you are considering these apartments while waiting for your house to be built. Since ownership has changed they are not flexible as advertised. While they look good on the surface we were disappointed with the quality of the place we moved in to with several cosmetic issues that were never addressed because of "covid".
Now that we are set to move out in to our new place, they are not willing to work with us to try and fill early like we have experienced with other... apartments while in a transition like this, but they are sticking it to us that we didn't get our 60 notice submitted in time and we are obligated to paying the overage beyond our contract end date.
What makes this more frustrating than it may normally be is how patient we have been with them and flexible all residents have been in that they never open the office, only answer the phone less than half the time and you are forced to speak with someone from corporate who is not much help, the pool was closed for weeks, etc due to covid. We have dealt with a lot from them and have been patient and yet they can't work with us on being 6 days late in our 60 day notice.
All in all, it's a great location and a great set up, but service and cleanliness was disappointing and continues to disappoint.
