CP Waterfront has been my home for 17 years. I have lived in 3 different units and they each have a unique, charming aspect to them. I adore the floor plan I have been in for the past 10 years. The convenience of the location is unsurpassed. The pet friendly environment was and is a big draw for me and many residents. It may not be the newest complex in the area, but it is by far one of the best. Another huge win for me is there are only 2 levels throughout the complex, instead of the 3 and 4... floors of the newer buildings. I also love the fact that on most occasions I am able to park directly in front of my apartment. The package lockers have had a few glitches, however the office has always been very supportive and helpful in resolving them. My only suggestion for the complex would be to upgrade the landscaping around the buildings to make them more attractive.

CP Waterfront has been my home for 18 years ! I can’t believe how time flies! I love the location, it’s close to everything grocery stores minutes away and so is the live music! Maintenance is great! I do everything online so I don’t visit the office.

Very pleased with the atmosphere staff and peaceful environment. I am a very private individual and mind my own business and love that the community is very stable non-aggressive but very respectful. Love that the staff move very expeditiously to any request that you may have an executed very well wonderful staff wonderful work crew very trustworthy maintenance crew
