Terrible management

By far the worst front office I have ever dealt with at a rental property. You'll never be able to get anyone on the phone to assist you. When you are able to communicate with someone it is an offsite answering service and they are unresponsive.
You'll have to go through 2 different websites and an app to get a maintenance request in and that's if it even recognizes your email as a resident (though you're logged in to the site already).
Garbage accumulates regularly because even though they...
charge you a fee for valet trash, it is only picked up sporadically and the garbage bags sit in your hallway for days.

NEW MANGEMENT 3.5 stars is NOT ACCURATE

This place is horrible. 0 stars. Management could not care less. I wanted to re-sign to save money on moving & didn't receive my new lease until 3 days before. But it was $200 more a month for a worse quality of living then the previous management. Didn't even receive a 60 day notice (which is required in texas btw). They overcharged me & refuse to take the excess charge off. Maintenance never comes. Dog stations are overflowing with poop (for the residence that even both picking up after their... dog) & the bags haven't been refilled for months so the grounds are covered in dog poop. Don't live here

Lack of empathy and professionalism

It's not a secret that the Texas heat can be deadly. I've been having AC-related issues since last May. In may I submitted over 6 work orders, by phone, on the app, and even in person. I had the opportunity to speak with the Property Manager, Keshia. She "submitted" 3 different orders for me. I'm still waiting for them to show up at my apartment. Beginning of June, I called and reported the same issues, the AC is not working and the temp was 87 degrees. As an answer, this is what I got, "well... we are new here. We have tons of work orders and you're not the only one having issues with the AC." Finally, on July 5th someone showed up and checked the AC. The individual concluded that the compressor was completely out and that a new unit is needed. He also said that he was gonna tell his manager so the order could be approved. I have called several times regarding this and every time I call, they make me submit a new order for the same issue. They "take note" to supposedly forward it to their manager. Like if you know you won't do it, do not tell the tenants to provide you with information. That's not professional at all. From May until now, I have submitted over 12-13 orders just for the AC, and still nothing. I'm not including the work orders for the refrigerator, bathroom faucets, walls cracking in the front door, living room, bathroom, dining room, and trash in front of my apartment and parking lot. Clearly, the new management staff DOES NOT CARE about the well-being of their tenants. That's understandable, the manager, assistant manager, and the leasing representative are so comfortable in a cool office. They do not take at least 5 minutes to go around the property to see how messy it is. Believe it or not, the front gate hasn't been worked for at least 2 business days and nobody has done anything.

Don’t waste your time and money

I have lived here for over a year and a half and paid my rent consecutively on time I never really had issues with the apartment until recently where it’s just been an overwhelming amount of problems occurring that haven’t been taken care of a few days ago I had my patio door shattered by a landscaper for the apartment owners to basically tell me that it wasn’t their problem to secure my home when I live on the first floor and that’s a main entry into my apartment it is absolutely crazy to me... that I pay so much money and they can’t even secure my home when it’s damaged by somebody they hire I also requested a new AC filter over two weeks ago and still have yet to get one I’ve inquired on these situations multiple times and I’ve had so much pushback it literally takes two seconds for someone to come and put a piece of plywood on my door to protect myself and my dog from stepping on glass every time we walk out on the patio. I also had plenty of issues with my lease renewal and had I not looked thoroughly at the lease I would’ve been charged almost an extra hundred dollars a month for stuff I shouldn’t have been charged for I have been a great tenant and mostly kept to myself and keeping my apartment clean and up-to-date with maintenance and yet anytime I ask for any help from the front office I’ve been met with the same excuses and it’s extremely frustrating but most of all it scares me that it wasn’t a priority to them to secure my apartment that is on the first floor with a wide opening into my living room. if you were thinking about moving here please don’t it’s not worth it even if it may be less expensive than other places it’s only because they’re lacking everywhere else
