Not Worth the Headaches
Overall living here was decent. The pool is great and the units are fine. The gate however is frequently broken for days at a time causing issues coming in and out of the complex. But the real issue lies with the management team not being able to do their jobs well. I had multiple emails “lost” throughout my time living here which is fine things happen. But when the community manager, Molly, can not update resident info in a timely manner so residents get accused of having unauthorized pets or... residents having to forward an email to her that she replied to, that’s a problem. When Molly doesn’t update resident information it makes other members of staff look bad because they rely on information from her. On top of all that, a week after moving out I get a call asking where I left our apartment keys which is concerning because I handed them directly to Jasper who is the assistant community manager. There’s some obvious changes that need to be made for things to run smoother for residents and staff members. I would be sure to keep records of everything so their disorganization doesn’t affect you too much. Be weary of living here due to management.
