A big disappointment
The complex is quiet and conveniently located. Unfortunately that’s the extent of positive things I am able to say. The hot tub is green and unusable and has been the duration of the time we’ve lived here. The water fountain for the pool is hanging off the wall and being used as cigarette ash tray and has been since we moved in. The corridors are grimy, dusty and full of litter and have not been power washed or cleaned in any way for the duration of the time we’ve lived here. The “cabanas” by... the pool have no covers on them so they are just metal frames offering no shade (… and haven’t the entire time we’ve been here). The trash compactor has been out of order for almost two weeks now so the back corner of our parking lot has trash overflowing and old furniture stacking up. Work orders do not get completed. Management does nothing to alleviate concerns when they are brought up. It is not cheap to live here. Prices are comparable to newer complexes across NB. It is so very frustrating and disheartening to be a resident here when management clearly doesn’t care about the satisfaction of their residents or the state of the property.
