Not Great
This apartment complex would have been 5 stars because I didn't have any problems up until I moved out. The manager lady (not saying names because she was awesome up until this point) told me I would be getting my full $400 deposit back multiple times before I moved out. The ONLY thing she said she would charge me for is for my last water bill ($13). She told me I would receive the return in 2 weeks! 2 weeks passed and nothing. I called numerous times and emailed trying to figure out what... happened. Three times they said they would get back to me "that day" and never did. It then got to the point where they disconnected their phone and I could only email them! She then told me it takes 30 days for it to process! This was after waiting this long and being told I would recieve it soon. So then it passes 30 days and I STILL haven't received it. After late night calls to their midnight staff at corporate I FINALLY was told it would be there by Thursday. It didn't come in until the following TUESDAY. Causing me to have issues with my current electric company. NOT only that! They sent only part of it. I was reassured numerous times by the manager that I would get the full thing back! They charged me $85 for pet treatment for a short haired black cat that she KNEW I had and said there was a smell in the carpet. After she told me not to worry about the carpet because she was getting "all new carpet anyways and I wouldn't be charged for it." She also charged me another $60 for "carpet repairs". Unbelievable! I have never been so disappointed in an apartment place that I called "home". All I can say is if they say something, their word is not trustworthy! Don't say I didn't warn you! Go elsewhere!
