Worst Management!!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my move-out process and the subsequent false charges that have been posted to my account.
During our tenancy, there were originally two tenants living in the unit. Later, two additional tenants were added to the lease for a brief period of 15 days. We promptly notified the community management via email to remove the added tenants, but it appears no action was taken, and our email was never acknowledged or replied to.
Upon... move-out, we were unfairly charged $190 for two missing door keys, remote keys, mail keys, and RAF tags. These items were never handed to us in the first place. The originally residing tenants returned all keys and tags that were provided to us. Despite our clear communication and responsible actions, management has refused to accept their oversight in failing to update the lease accordingly.
It is incredibly frustrating and unfair to be held responsible for charges resulting from management’s negligence. We have done everything within our capacity to ensure a smooth move-out, yet we are being penalized for something beyond our control.
Who is responsible for paying these additional $190? Certainly not us.
Additionally, management has not been supportive at all. We received numerous noise complaints against us even when we were not making any noise. The courtesy officer confirmed that there was absolutely no noise but had to respond because of the complaints. Despite this, our downstairs neighbor continually complained for their own reasons.
I do not recommend staying in this community.
