No events or parties are allowed, and indoor smoking is strictly prohibited with a $500 fine for violations. The pool/hot tub is serviced regularly, and security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for your safety. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
