Just don't
Was great the past 3 years, but now after the new manager took over it's like you don't even exist as a resident. All messages go without a response, phone, portal, and email. You have to go in to get any type of response and even then it's not helpful. They won't even address missing mail or let you post on the resident board anymore. The only one who seems to care is Keirra.
