The office staff are always very friendly but are very robotic. Whenever Ive had a question or concern that they respond like a robot. I own and operate a hospitality company with extensive experience from over 25+ years. This property and management company is strictly a place where they only care about how much they can make from the unit and you. The office staff are never on your side and based on my interaction so far, its very clear and evident they have been strictly instructed to do the... bare minimum to increase the bottom line. If you have experience in managing a staff at any company or have experience with speaking with management, you know what a rhetoric response sounds like versus an articulate answer.
Any concerns I bring up, I am talked down too as if I am 5 years old and supposed to accept the answer given.
This property management company is one of the best of the best class act ran location. I am disgusted.
I also have few outstanding items that was supposed to be addressed and its now been over 2 weeks.
