Had a great time at the Jingle Mingle event for the residents. Amenities are great and apartment community is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping center.

After selling our home in Hewitt, the best choice for living was obviously The Roots at Waco after a deep search in Hewitt and Waco.
We have now living for about two months and our experiences has been all positives in this apartment.
I really appreciate Administration Staff in offering us an apartment that meets our expectations, since all our life living in our own and big home, this beautiful place is and will be our future home for many years.

We’ve been living at The Roots at Waco for almost a year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The staff here is proactive and attentive, addressing any concerns promptly, which really makes a difference. The complex itself is well-maintained, clean, and has a nice overall atmosphere.
The only downside we’ve encountered is the noise from upstairs neighbors. If you live on the first or second floor, you’ll likely hear a fair amount of stomping from above, which can be frustrating at times... .
Despite that, we’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend it, especially if you’re lucky enough to secure a top-floor unit!

Enjoy living here, the amenities are nice and apartment homes are spacious. The gates are easy to work with the app. Maintenance takes care of issues fast
