DO NOT DO IT!!!! once you move out they’ll charge you MORE than what you paid for your security deposit because of “pet” damage. When they aren’t even sure if it was from a dog or kid spilling water?! Or from a previous tenant. They lift up the carpet and look at the pad for “stains”. Alisha is unprofessional and rude. When you come to her with an issue she’ll laugh. We have lived here for two years. We moved the end of September because we do not like the parking situation and we feel like they... charge you for every single little thing. The way they charge water and sewer is by seeing how much is being used per family of let’s say 5 and then divide it up. So even if you hardly use water you’re still going to get charged a bit because someone in your building may be using more water. They also tac on a reality Fee? Whatever that is and an amenity fee. And they charge $99 for internet and cable which sucks usually. The pool is great in the mornings until about 6/7pm it starts to look gross from so many people swimming. The dog park is tiny but it’s something for dogs to run around with no leash. Garbage does not come on Holidays, Friday and Saturdays but you’ll still get charged $30 a month even if you would rather throw it in the dumpster. Taya has came in on her day off to make sure I had access to the activity center for a party which was appreciated! My biggest complaint is all the fees they charge for everything. Let me repeat THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING!! And $30 for a parking stall. The previous owners were so much better! AMC is terrible and need to learn to train their staff better. DO NOT RENT HERE! They’re way over priced and terrible people run it. I wouldn’t even give it a one star.
