I would advise not to live here to anyone. If there are 5 stars on here its most likely because they had an event and gave out handouts to get the 5 stars because they are a major scam. That's the only way they can keep somewhat of a decent review history. I have lived here 18 months ago and I called spring 2020 to ask if I was good and I didn't have an outstanding balance they informed me that everything was good and that there are no outstanding balances. Just to find out they...
are sueing me for an outstanding balance because I didn't give my 60 day notice in writing I should've been more careful yes and know what I signed which is a learning curve mostly everyone faces at some point in their life. They shouldn't have lied to me when I called them asking if I was good it could've avoided alot of these issues and it would've been resolved without getting court's involved and court fees if I knew about the outstanding balance I would've dealt with it when I knew but unfortunately I was lied to and thats why I am most upset. I would advise anyone living here currently to please have everything in writing and to save all information for atleast 10 years because who knows what extremes this management will do to get every cent from you even after years of not living there. This is not a place anyone should have to deal with. Was a terrible living condition where they would charge outrages fees for a really crappy environment. While living here the pool was never cleaned which if you're going to charge the fees you do maybe have a clean pool. Not to mention they renovated the apartment while we were living there so everyday I would have to move my stuff around for them. They left us with no walls in the bathroom for a few days. They left us with no privacy when they were renovating the patio area we had to pin up blankets so people couldn't see us even after I requested for something to be put up they also would schedule times to come finish the renovations not show up and then show up without a notice. Now I'm still dealing with them they are a nightmare.

We are sorry that your move out experience was not what we strive to provide. We do send a move out statement to each resident that moves out, to the address they provide at move out. If they do not provide an address we send it to their last known... address. It unfortuletly sounds like you did not receive yours. If we can provide any documentation for you, please contact the office.

They won't fix anything that they leave broken

When we moved in, we reported issues with all of the door handles not staying on, bubbles in the flooring, one door that had 2 of 3 hinges ripped out of the wall. Nothing was done. Our multiple reports were not acknowledged. The front door handle stopped working when I went outside, locking my pet inside alone. The maintenance on call did not answer and they claimed to not receive any of our multiple calls or messages. Management won't take responsibility for anything.

DO NOT RENT AT HIDDEN COVE

We came in and asked to take over someone's lease. They neglected to tell us that isn't how they normally do things and instead of telling us what the process really is basically just made it up as they went. Then after we signed the lease told us we'd done it wrong and we wouldn't have a deposit and would be responsible for all repairs.

When we moved in the apartment was filthy, there was damage everywhere and, I KID YOU NOT, drug paraphernalia in the cabinet!!

they decided they needed to...
make all the first floor apartments wheel chair accessible. Regardless of the fact that neither me no my fiancé uses a wheel chair. They refused to wait until we moved out to do the renovations and instead insisted upon tearing our apartment apart. They first said it would be a week, it ended up taking two weeks. It was poor workmanship, everything looked awful, they didn't even clean up and my fiancé who works construction informed me that their newly finished electrical work wasn't even up to code.

We had a horrible ant infestation for months and months. They were everywhere. In our cabinets, in our food, in our bed, and they were biting us constantly. They told us it was the whole building so we know it wasn't just us. We asked them over and over again to come spray. Finally they sprayed and the ants came back in full force only weeks later. We begged them again for another two months to come back and spray again. They finally sent back in the exterminator.

Residents were constantly letting their dogs run around leashless, smoking everywhere in the complex, and not cleaning up after their pets.
We tried to tell the office that our dog was skittish and that residents in the complex were not taking enough caution. Children were approaching without asking, other people were getting too close, and residents were bringing out their dogs without leashes. They told us that if anything happened it would not be our fault if people weren't taking enough caution. One day my fiancé was out walking our dog and a woman walked past so close to them that she actually bumped shoulders with my fiancé. The dog got scared and lunged at her and caught her wrist in his mouth. A week later we got a notice on our door that we had to get rid of our dog or be evicted.

After we moved out and because we were forced out so quickly we didn't have a chance to redirect packages. They were extremely rude when we tried to ask how we could get our packages.

Best place to live

I've never lived in a better apt community! Besides the fact that the complex is kept clean & crime free, The office & Maint staff go above & beyond!

When maintenance needs to enter my apt, they always give notice & have always accommodated to my schedule so I can be present.

When ever I needed something fixed or looked at in my apt, they come immediately!!

All the staff is extremely nice & friendly & never make u feel like your an inconvenience!! They genuinely want to help & are happy to...
do so!!

When my mother passed away, the office called me to send their condolences & to let me know that if I needed anything to call them. I was shocked, never did I expect my apt to send condolences, not to mention to offer help if I needed it. Needless to say, when I was going through this horrible tradgedy, life got away from me & I accidentally paid my rent late. When I called the office, the mgr, Amanda reversed over $150 in late fees before our phone call even ended! I never expected her to do that, but again she said it was her pleasure!!

I can't say enough great things about where I live. I don't ever plan on moving!!!
