Awesome Experience & Friendly Team!

A great neighborhood that is lively and active, yet quiet and peaceful! Neighbors are welcoming and there’s tons to do just in the community. Ever since Vanessa at the front office showed us our house, my family was in love with it! She did an excellent job helping us and was very kind! 10/10 great experience

Not worth the price

This neighborhood is absolutely disgusting for the price you pay. Nothing is maintained. Everything is always closed or broken. The leasing agents are cluelesss. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money on this place

Beautiful!

This place is AMAZING! the homes are gorgeous, Erica is so well versed when explaining to me the prices, differences in homes and any additional fees. i will be referring everybody here in their next home search.

Fell in love with Viviano!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Viviano at Riverton, and I must say, it was nothing short of wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and warmth were truly exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The apartments themselves are stunning, with beautiful designs and high-quality finishes that make living here a dream. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a serene, picturesque... environment that is both relaxing and inspiring. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into keeping the area looking amazing.

Additionally, the location of Viviano at Riverton is perfect. It combines the convenience of city living with the tranquility of a suburban setting. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or easy access to local amenities and attractions, this place has it all.
