Stay away
This place is the worst. I was suppose to move on a certain date and was delayed by 10 days and was told the day off. Key in hand. Van rented friends ready to help. I had to sleep in my car because they could careless. You would think waiting extra time would give me the perfect apartment. The water heater didn't work for a week. In winter! For the price point you'd think it would. Water was leaking from the sink. They put the washer on the wrong side. And never sealed the top of it so it would... move. Washer broke 3 times. Every time they would say it's a new washer. How could a washer that's new break every time. I'm not running a laundry service. I'm just washing clothes like a normal person. They like to give fees all the time. Literally for anything. Trash looks werid fine. Left it out to early or too late fine. Left your broom out fine. I leave a broom but people can leave there dogs our. Make it make sense. The land lord special is real. For a newly renovated place. It's like the put lipstick on a pig. Unlike a pig this not cute. Worst place ever!! They suck. Unprofessional and will not help you with your problems until they feel like it.
