Poor Management
Extremely disappointed with the leasing office staff's handling of maintenance work orders especially the Property Manager. Despite multiple requests, they failed to take my concerns seriously and neglected to address the issues promptly.
For instance, I requested that refrigerator in my apartment be changed because it has never been changed in almost 13 years instead they keep replace the gasket every 3 months. My food stuffs and diary keep going bad because of their negligence.
It's... unacceptable to pay rent for a place where basic maintenance is ignored. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant satisfaction is utterly disappointing. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone until they improve their customer service and maintenance response times.
If there was a way, they won’t even get a star!
