I have lived at Cortland Rosslyn for over a year now and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. Previously I lived in another building for 3 years in the same neighborhood and was so happy that I was able to move to Cortland last year (it only took so long because of the timing of my previous lease). The team at Cortland has been great to work with and have helped address any concerns I have had in a timely and professional manner. I love my apartment and compared to other buildings I have... seen in the area, the units at Cortland are much more spacious.

Not at this time since there’s an ongoing issue I’m waiting for a resolve. Once the issue is resolved, I would be more than happy to provide additional feedback so it could be a positive one. Right now, my overall experience is tethering between neutral and poor although I’ve been a resident here for over four years; I’ve had a generally positive experience until recently. The unresolved maintenance issue is impacting my overall experience.

We completely understand that the golf simulator is a statement piece here at our community, and we appreciate your patience as we work diligently with Full Swing to get it back up and running.

Initially, we were advised that the issue... was software-related and required a new computer, which has since been replaced. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem. We are actively working with Full Swing, and they have identified specific parts that may be needed. These parts are expected to arrive soon, and once they do, Full Swing will have a technician scheduled to install and troubleshoot accordingly.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we will keep you updated on any progress. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Cortland Rosslyn is a beautiful building with spacious units that are well-equipped and beautiful. Maintenance requests are addressed thoroughly and promptly, and the amenities are amazing!! Above all else, the best part of living here is the incredible team of staff - everyone is incredibly kind and goes out of their way to be helpful. The community events are phenomenal and surpass any other higher-end apartment I’ve lived at (even in LA!) - you can tell how much effort, coordination, and... money goes into executing the events and it is very impactful to have that as a perk of your home. I really love living here and it’s made my cross-country move from LA a much easier transition than it would’ve been otherwise.
