Amazing and helpful staff. As soon as I first entered the complex I was greeted with a beautiful and clean apartment building that caught my eye. Everyone who worked there was very nice and assisted in my apartment search.

Great experience so far here. Maintenance is quickly addressed. Decent amenities. Rent increases are reasonable. Only main con is not close to any metro stop.

Pike3400 is truly home. Their amenities and services fall fit my needs like no other apartment has. I constantly compare my home with Pike to other apartments and Pike3400 is just so lovely!

While the property management has been okay with about 5 changes,the changes to the property have not been to my liking since I moved in May 2017. We enjoyed a lounge with computers and a wonderful coffee/tea station all open 24 hours. Then the common area amenities were added and increased. I have a electric bill with Dominion and this HVAC? I must love the build otherwise because I've stayed 7 years!
