The Clark Apartments

I love the Clark, the team is great, residents are polite… it’s so nice to be part of this fun team.

I really enjoy living here. The concierge people are always helpful and polite. I love the location I feel like we are almost equal distance to old town, crystal city and pentagon city. The walk to the subway is about 2 songs on my pandora playlist but I walk slow so do with that what you will. They always have fun events for us here as well. I have had a great experiences here at the Clark and look forward to many more.

I love it here, and it’s only my second day here!!! The staff is great. There was an event going on the same day of my move in. It smells nice. I love the environment. Everything’s great.

I love most things about Clark and staff at front desk. I don’t enjoy is the trash room where we have to leave trash because the trash elevator gets clogged and doesn’t open. I think the apartment lock process inconvenient. If I want a cleaning staff or family member to access my unit, they need to check in at concierge’s every time, and the staff is not always there and it’s long process. At Sur residents can give access key code to friends to access and don’t need to ask for that for every... visit. This is inconvenient for those who have active social life and cleaning staff.
Finally, elevators are slow and one of them often doesn’t work. If you fix those, it would be great.
If you could fix those three, it would be amazing. I am one of those who doesn’t need free food on holidays and doesn’t need community parties. I want to be able to get my trash out, use the elevator without waiting for 5 min, and have my visitors access my place without feeling like being exported all the time Read More

Would definitely renew my lease here, as this a could community to live in. The commute to work is not bad at all and I definitely feel safe living in this area.
