A great facility with a friendly and competent staff that includes the leadership, facility staff and maintenance personnel. The occupants are a friendly group of diverse people enjoying each other and our homes.

Living at The SUR has been wonderful and convenient for my work/life balance. If I had a chance to do it again, I would! The beauty of the building coupled with the management team brings a sense of cohesiveness.
