No one is cherrful in the management. Feel like their enemy. Everyone in the cominity deserves more than that. They should be kind and cherrful all the time cause we are customer.

We’ve been here for a little over a year. The location is great but price increase was a bit insane. People don’t pick up after their pets so the leasing office has to send weekly emails reminding residents of this.

I would give this place 3.5 stars. Overall the apartment is nice and clean and updated, although there were issues that were resolved quickly. The road noise is very high, as the windows are not the best. I also have a carport parking spot where the irrigation system is leaving hard water stains on my vehicle which I need to ask them to look at. I have not had a chance to use the pool or gym. The package concierge is confusing, because I received four different emails with different PINs to... use, and none of them seem to work. With amazon, they deliver directly to my door so it's not been an issue yet. The staff is friendly, and the application process was fairly easy to do online. I'm not sure yet if I will renew my lease when it is due.
