Finley at Fairfax Corner is a great little community. I'm on my 3rd year living here and I haven't regretted my choice. The property is nice, location convenient for most anything you need (access to shops or travel), and the staff is friendly. Maintenance is very quick & thorough when needed.

A safe community with walkable amenities, shops, and easy access to major highways and transportation. The staff are professional and do their jobs for the most part.

Charging guests for parking is embarrassing and unwelcoming. A couple of years back the Finley offered visitor and guest passes to residents and SHOULD reinstate that along with charging lower rates for old/unrenovated units. Furthermore, I expect to see all gym equipment, especially treadmills, operational.
