Be FULLY Aware
Highly not recommended. Brand new building, very nice, however, the application process is sloppy. I applied on a paper application (how ancient) and was told there was a $250 fee to reserve the unit. After having an initial move in date of July 1, I was told after I had to reach out for another concern, that the date was pushed back to July 15. I wasn’t notified of that until I contacted leasing. I made the decision to move back the date to August 1 to ensure construction delays would be over.... I was told i’d have to fill out another official application a few weeks before my move in date. So technically the $250 is a holding fee, not a processed application. They’re holding my money while waiting for construction. I have not signed a lease or have had any verification done on my behalf. It’s a bit confusing when speaking with the leasing team. They’re so focused on leasing the units up, instead of having the proper system in place for applicants to apply to. What would’ve happened if leasing lost my paper application? Totally unacceptable. I chose to not move to the community and I’m being refused a refund.
