Haygood Halls Apartments

I love living here, the grounds are always beautiful and the staff helpful. I gave it a four star for two reasons only. Rent has increased every year, I have lived here. I keep hoping it will level out but so far it goes up, it is a struggle to pay rent, buy groceries and live. My second reason is upstairs residents do not have balconies or an outdoor space. I realize there is apartments that do but the rent is even higher, same with downstairs units.

We enjoy living at Haygood Halls apartments. We have met some very nice neighbors. The landscaping is pretty and well maintained. We like our large apartment and that they allow two animals. The staff is friendly and they plan fun events for the community. Maintenance is prompt, helpful and friendly. We are getting excited for the pool to open soon!

I feel safe living here. The community has a lot of nice people staying here.
I can do my walking without being scared that anything will happen bad to me.
I’m looking forward to many years of living here.

Overall I love it here. Everyone is friendly. The only issue I have occasionally is my upstairs neighbors. They like to walk heavy footed all hours of the day and night. After I address them about it, it eases up for awhile. I truly enjoy living there in this community.

Haygood Halls is a complete home for us. The neighbors are wonderful and so helpful and friendly. The staff is very wonderful. The location is convenient to everything. I enjoy walking to the hay good shopping center where I have a great variety of stores. Thanks for keeping the grounds, clean and safe, especially during the snow storms.
