I love the community and how well everything is, It's really peaceful here and nothing bad happening, Maintenance does a fantastic job on everything and keep you in on what they're doing so you know what's happening.

I’ve been living at Mallard Pointe for almost six years and it’s been a joy living here. Each management team has been great. My apartment is phenomenal with all new appliances and full sized washer and dryer. Property is kept clean and staff is on top of any property issues.

The worst apartment I’ve stayed at. I would never recommend anyone live here as it’s a nightmare to get a hold of anyone, the service is poor when you do get ahold of someone, amenities are mostly useless since you have to work around the office which is rarely open, disgusting trash area.
