Bluwater has been a great community for me and my family. Management has always made any situation seamless and stress free. The updates to the apartments are beautiful and modern.

There are things but like most apartments or house they’re always is, but Maintenance is good and the neighbors are good as well as the managers. I’m satisfied.

I love living here. The people are great! Management is very friendly and responsive with any concerns. Maintenance gets things done. I love everything about living here.

My family is loving our Bluwater apartment! We were approved when others turned us down! My daughter loves her new school and going to play at the park at the nearby silverlake! Felicia and Shay helped us out Mariano and Adam take maintenance very seriously!

By far, this is my favorite department I’ve had in years. The Maintenance is great. They’re always on top and they’re good person. The management is good when I need their help. They’re always there to help. I would suggest this to anybody that wants to move into an apartment, but this is a good place.
