Lack of communication from Office

They lack on answers phones and return them. The office lacks on caring about residence. And lack on taking care concerns issues. Like people parking wrong area or making sure lights on the property is working. News letters are post on the buildings instead at each residence door when things are being fix on the property.

"Residence are the reason apartments make money, so communication doesn't cost anything."

Mold

Good location and place to live but the mold is unbearable! Even if you follow all of their guidelines and regulations to ensure your house is moisture free there will be black mold everywhere! If you submit maintenance requests regarding the mold they are canceled or you are told it is your fault. Stay clear

Don’t live here

These apartments seem to be decent when you first move in but you will be quick to realize they are terrible to live in. First thing is that these apartments grow mold like crazy. So when you tell the apartment managers they will come and tell you it’s because you cannot have furniture against the walls because it creates moisture. So we rearranged our furniture to have no furniture touching the walls and there is still black mold growing. We also keep our windows open constantly like they... recommend and keep our fan on and like I said black mold is growing everywhere. Second they have a ant problem. No matter if there is food in the room or not ants find ways into the apartment because the apartment is not sealed with the right equipment. All they do is set up three little ant traps that do nothing. Parking is terrible because if there is absolutely no parking you can’t even park in guest parking or you will be towed so I guess they want you to park at Ampm or McDonald’s a ways up the street from the apartments. Lastly, if you ever have an issue that you want cleared up or something don’t expect to get a friendly helpful apartment staff because we’ve dealt with multiple rude encounters with these workers especially a lady named Kara. They might have been correct in the information they were telling us but I’ve never experienced such rude and horrible customer service. I wrote all this just to give an honest review so people don’t move here thinking it’s “an awesome apartment” because you’ll see how terrible it is to live here.

Good Morning Rebecca,
I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was towed on the morning of 6/9/19. I understand that it is never a pleasant experience having your vehicle towed, but we do our best to educate residents about our parking policies to try...
and prevent things like this from happening. It looks like your vehicle was towed because you were parked in a designated "Guest Space". The reason the vehicle was actually towed (and not just warned) was because this same vehicle had already received 2 prior parking violations in a calendar year. I have emailed you a copy of your signed Parking Boss Addendum which states, "Guest parking spots will be clearly marked and reserved for guests only on a first-come first-service basis." Our after-hours courtesy patrol service observed your vehicle parked in a guest space, but registered as a resident. Per our parking management policies, the vehicle was towed based on this violation. We do not guarantee parking to anyone unless a reserved carport space has been leased. I am confused as to why you would choose to renew your lease agreement with us for another year based on the comments in your recent review. We want all of our residents to enjoy their living experience here at Fulton's Crossing and if you believe that living here is "terrible", then I encourage you to take a look at your options before locking into a lease renewal with us. If you wish to cancel the scheduled lease renewal that you signed on 5/20/19, please let me know in writing as soon as possible. I don't see that you've submitted a work order for mold recently. The last work order you submitted regarding "discoloration" was on 1/7/19, and addressed by our maintenance team on 1/10/19. If you are having issues concerning mold, please put in a work order. We can't help you if we are not aware of an issue in your home. Lastly, our pest control company "Stop Bugging Me" will be out again on Wednesday, 6/12/19 to treat your apartment for ants. If you have any questions about this scheduled treatment please let us know ahead of time. I am happy to meet with you in person to discuss any concerns you may have. I also tried calling you this morning but had to leave a message on your voicemail. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

This might seem easy to avoid but if you come back to park your car anytime past 8pm you’ll find out that there is no parking anywhere so then you get towed when you park in guest parking. I guess they assume you should
Park at McDonalds or ampm w ways up the street but that doesn’t seem to be fair as you pay to live in these apartments and should be allowed now to park in a open space as long as it is not someone’s car port.

Not great, not bad

It's a good location, apartments are decent. Some of the buildings have mold issues and we had to break our lease.

Good amenities... parking sucks, never leave valuables in your car. Security is good and has always been quick to respond. Leasing staff is decent.
