They have a bad bug infestation, as well as homeless people sleeping in stairwell. It's not safe for families. Pls find another apartment, you won't regret it.

The management is terrible. I don’t feel secure or safe here at all. They’re mean, talk over you, and have slammed a door in my face. Sadly I wish this wasn’t true. Also it’s very close to the free way, terribly hot in the summer, and has constant flooding issues. Only leaving this comment to save someone of future heart ache.

Started as a great place to live near the beginning of 2020. About 10 months in, new owners brought a new management company and it's been a downhill slide since. Management is rarely on-site, despite posted hours. Response is slow, defensive, and contradictory from one conversation to the next. Garbage often piles up, especially over the holidays, and carpet stains are everywhere. A persistent leak in the elevators has water pouring in every few months, while management assures us 'the... pumps are doing their job'. Security is non-existent. My rent is going up over 20% was the last straw. Can't stress enough how it's not worth the cost/headaches, which is a shame as it was a really nice place a few years back. Read More

Awesome, 5 year old apartment building, with convenient parking garage, great location close to freeway and nice floorplans. Tall ceilings, quality amenities, large windows. Very soundproof, concrete building - we never hear any of our neighbors on either side. All in all, very good apartment building.
