I have lived here for about 3 years and haven't had any trouble with the staff. The apartment windows are old and sweat a lot so mold can be an issue if you don't deal with the moisture. Parking isn't too bad, low crime, and neighbors are all pretty friendly.

It’s been pleasant so far . They were quick and easy fixing a small issue with washer when I moved in . Hoping the leasing office can work with me upgrading me to a bigger apartment .( life happens )

I like living here. I feel safe and I like the area. I like how if there is ever a problem, I am treated so nicely. All I have to do is ask and Michaela works things out to where everyone is happy.
Considering, how big this place is and how many people there are, the Ardent is doing a great job!
