Honestly, we have been so grateful to live at the Summit over the past 2 years. The location, the friendliest staff and the beautiful interior of our apartment, could not have found a better and more central place to live in Redmond!

Absolutely terrible experience. The management was completely unresponsive to any issues or concerns. They were slow to respond to messages and completely unhelpful when it came to resolving any problems. The apartment itself was below average, but the lack of communication and support from the management made it an unbearable stay. I would strongly advise against staying .

I've been in this cozy apartment with my family for almost a year, and I am so sad to leave. I am satisfied with almost everything: safety, management, and home infrastructure such as the community center, pool, barbecue site, and so on. Especially, I love the large balcony of my unit. I hope people also live happily in Summit APT.
