I am so excited to be here. The rent is so affordable, especially for all the amazing things provided and included. The community has been very kind and friendly as well. Also, Bradley Park’s location is so amazing - it’s such a short trip to pretty much everything! Just a little north is downtown Puyallup and just a little bit the other way is South Hill.

It’s ok I guess. Just stop raising the rent. Nice location in Puyallup and good schools nearby. It is also nice to have parks within walking distance.

Horrible Management and staff

Horrible Management and staff. They are non existent. Emails are unanswered for months, no answer to any questions when you call. They have been having technical difficulty in the portal for 3 months. I had to call every single day twice a day to get my lease renewal. Then they LIED about a promotion of a $250.00 gift card if you renew between May and July. Not to mention..... it is expensive and they nickel and dime you to death with small charges like pest control, common area gas, water,... electric. I not only pay my own, but electric, water, gas for the office, pool area. I don't move because apartments are horribly expensive everywhere in Puyallup. Tons of people have been moving out the last couple months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
