Do not tour online

I'm upset because I signed a lease with Reflections by Windsor based on their promise of an onsite EV charger first come first serve, but it turned out to be nonfunctional. Despite my request to cancel the lease, they offered a move to a different apartment in February and suggested using a 110v outlet until then. I feel misled by their lack of transparency and focus on signing leases over customer satisfaction.
I'm being forced into a situation where I have to move twice and pay extra due to... their broken promise of a working EV charger, which is unacceptable.

We have been staying in this community for 2 months now and are very happy with the overall experience. Our house is very comfortable and the maintenance team has been very prompt and helpful in solving minor issues. The community is very well maintained and we really enjoy the amenities - the pool, the gym and the locker facility for our packages!
